Return & Refund Policies

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your item, you have 15 calendar days to return an eligible item since the date you received your purchase. If 15 calendar days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return & refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The returned item must be in new condition and with its tags still attached.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please email us explaining the item’s damages as soon as you receive your item. Please add in the same email your request for a return & refund/RMA number (more about it below).

  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


REFUNDS

Please contact us via email (no later than the 15 calendar days mentioned above) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you receive your RMA number, you must ship your returning item within 7 days, with the RMA number written outside the package. Items returned without the RMA number or outside the 7-day window will not be accepted for a return & refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to determine if it is in new condition.

  • For items returned because they arrived damaged, you will be notified of a refund to your credit card (or original payment method) once the item is received.


For all other eligible items, we will notify you we have received your item and inform you of your return & refund status after inspecting the item.

If your returned item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

​

You should receive the credit within 30 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item; this includes shipping labels, boxes, and other shipping fees.

Please add your purchasing receipt/invoice in the box of the item you will be returning.

Please note that original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.
